On this page we will take
you to the other side of the camera on the sets of the 5th Harry Potter
installment, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Here you can find
filming information and related news articles as well as an updated list
of set locations and set reports gathered from various “trustworthy”
sources.
General Information
Filming for OotP (we will refer to Order of the
Phoenix this way now) started on the 6th of February and continued until
May when it was put on hiatus to allow younger Harry Potter actors to
study for and take exams. During this one month break Warner Bros had
to fork out a staggering £2m to pay for studio hire and offices
while the actors were away from work. Filming is due to end in October
or November. The movie will be released on the 13th of July, 2007. For
a full list of confirmed release dates click here.
A detailed filming plan for the beginning of the
movie was sent by a Mugglenet reader. This is a rough version of the
plan so there is a good chance that it will be adjusted in the future.
