This is a Java Applet that
connects to irc. In order to use it, you must have Java enabled in your
web browser
The trivia system works like a chat room. In order
to participate in it, you need to choose a nickname that will represent
you.
If your nick is registered, you can use the "Password"
field to automatically identify yourself with the chat service.
You don't need to register your nickname to play
trivia but this is highly recomanded since a registered nick is password
protected and can only be used by you. Therefore, nobody else will
be able to steal your identity and take your house points away. Here's
how you can register your nickname:
1. Select your nick and enter it into the Nickname
field. Press "Play Trivia";
2. If this nickname is not used by someone else,
you may proceed with the registering
3. Once connected (when the #hvtrivia chat tab
will open), go to the "Infos" tab and type in the following:
/NS REGISTER yourpassword youremail
* replace yourpassword with the desired password
and youremail with your email
